Use of service

Magicad provides analytics and AI insights for marketing teams. By using the service, you agree to provide accurate information and use the platform in compliance with applicable laws.

Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Billing and trials

Magicad offers a 14-day free trial that starts on the first successful sync. If you continue after trial, billing is approved and managed in Shopify based on your selected plan.

Data ownership

You retain ownership of your data. You grant Magicad permission to process it solely to provide the service.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend accounts for misuse or violations of these terms.
